This policy applies to information submitted through KKM enquiry and registration forms.
Information we collect
KKM may collect information submitted through enquiry forms and Member Club registration, including contact details, organisation information, interests, preferences and message content.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to manage registrations, respond to requests, direct enquiries and send marketing only where the person has selected that preference.
Who may receive information
Information may be provided to the relevant KKM team or responsible provider where needed to respond to an enquiry. AICBT remains responsible for information it receives through its own services.
Marketing preferences
Marketing consent is optional and separate from required acknowledgements. Recipients can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Access, correction and deletion
Use the Contact page to ask about, correct or request deletion of information previously submitted to KKM.
Complaints
Use the Contact page to raise a privacy concern or complaint.
