For experienced leaders and managers who plan and implement leadership and management functions using initiative and judgement.
This qualification is for people learning to apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, using initiative and judgement to plan and implement leadership and management functions.
Face-to-face classes run on Saturdays and Sundays every four weeks at the Brisbane City training facility, alongside self-paced study, a practical project and weekly student support, over ten months.
Entry requires a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or two years equivalent full-time relevant workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise. Applicants must be over 18. Students who are currently in Australia on a student visa may not enrol in this program.
Successful graduates will receive a BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
